Training Log Tuesday 6.3.14
So this blog is really good for accountability, but it’s also really good for me mentally.
I got the stomach flu this past week and felt bad for not working out as hard as I normally do(running, swimming, etc.). But now that I look back, I realize I didn’t slow down at all and I really shouldn’t feel bad that I did more toning and stretching when I felt sick, rather than cardio. My body needed the rest and the time to heal.
It’s all about balance 🙂
